Initial Brief

Enstasy Consulting is a firm that facilitates change at an organisational, team and individual level by providing engagements based on embodied learning to create cultural transformation.

My first task was to create an impressionable brand narrative that better conveyed the values of this firm.

Brand Story
Enstasy is all about turning in. Enstasy is about making the intangible tangible, the invisible visible. Our unconscious mind-space offers such a haven of unlimited freedom and creativity, yet is ensconced in utmost privacy and assured safety. Imagine if this space could consciously be recreated and used to experience complete freedom to find/meet/ discover, or even confront every other character one could be hiding within oneself without fear of retribution, malice or judgment from the external world? Extend the scope and you would agree that organisations too display a collective consciousness, and its shadow, the collective 'unconscious' which too, in similar vein lends itself to exploration and discovery.

Logo Design

The idea was to demonstrate transformation and growth, along with the ideas of wisdom and awareness.
This visual represents growth through inner reflection. The elephant denotes wisdom and the sage characteristic of the brand.

Final Logo

The modified 'e' denotes a simplified elephant visual, the tree represents growth and the roots signify proaction and exploration. Modified from the Calibri font family, the wordmark makes it familiar to neo-corporate entities.

Color Palette

The colors are purposefully chosen to be grounded and sober for consistency with the neo-corporate visual language. The grounded colors are in line with the brand values of consciousness, awareness and growth.

Since the target audience for the brand is the neo-corporate demographic, it made sense to a seriff font such as Merriweather. It’s old book type feel combined with the large x-height gives a feeling of traditional reverence. It feels corporate and classy, and works really well for screens.

While the bold Merriweather is used for the headings, Muli helps as a more readable body font. The buttons and elements all use Muli as it is a simplistic, clean and concise type.

Enstasy Virtual

The Covid pandemic in 2020 ensured that outbound learning could not happen, thereby rendering big losses to the industry. With no end in sight for the lockdown, I took on the job of building a virtual platform that could deliver the same activities as the on-site workshops, so that Enstasy could still deliver value without asking the clients to set foot out of their house.

The Context

Consultancy firms such as Enstasy use outbound learning and development processes that involve physical activities that participants perform, which are dissected by the facilitators to uncover potential for improvement within teams and individuals.

Certain behavioral gaps are uncovered, which once remedied can translate into better employee performance, team growth and leadership development.

The Problem

Since work became work-from-home, it meant that corporates could not send out their employees for such programmes.

There was no definitive end to the lockdown and this caused a lot of uncertainty and turbulence in the outbound learning and development industry.

The Solution

Enstasy Virtual -

A platform to take the learning adventure online. Why not take their experiential learning expertise and digitize it for everyone to use? Organizations could then expect the same learnings, the same fun methodology, but now from the comfort of their own offices or homes.
